ABSTRACT

The project is composed of 2 main parts the theory parts and the calculations part. Theory part is consisted of constructions and design and result and analysis. And the calculation part is composed of the design parts of the bungalow.

The constructions and design part is based on the method of construction of the building and describing the step by step design procedure that need to follow when designing the building in words. The result and analysis part is done on the final outcome of the materials, installations, structure that are going to be used in the building and the actual dimension of the beam, column, connection and the roof.

The calculations part is based on the design part, which consists of calculations to choose the suitable type of timber and dimension to be used in the construction or the building depends on the conditions stated in the uniform building code.
