DESIGN OF SHOP-OFFICE

ABSTRACT

My project title is “DESIGN A SHOP-OFFICE”. The size of my shop-office is 24’ X 80’ and its height is 7500mm. Shop-office that I have designed is a double storey building and it is a place for businessmen to operate their business, so people can sell or buy things inside it.

First floor is designed for the office use while the ground floor is for other purpose like warehouse. I will apply what have learned to design my building such as reinforced concrete design and there are three parts of structure will be designed or analyzed for my project.

1) Draw out an architectural plan and also structural plan.

2) Design the structural members of building.

3) Detailing drawing produced.
