ABSTRACT

Double storey semi-detached house now can be considered as popular and common in Malaysia. Most of the developers are more concerned prefer to develop semi detached house with the suitable sizing and dimension. For every design of a building or factory, there are three main aims included the structure must be safe, durable and economical.

We also knowing that the cost building he house is become more higher than last year especially our country recently facing a financial Problem, economics crisis, inflation, etc.

Due to this reason, most developer will likely to decreasing the cost and spacing of building the houses designed as a medium size house. The purpose they planned to do that is because of deduce that cost as cheaper as possible to make it reasonable and affordable. So that, every level of family especially medium and low-income family able to purchase it rapidly.
