ABSTRACT

The structure of my building design mainly illustrate the load transferring from together to the footing. I design the building in such a way that without any beam and column, the wall play an important role in with standing and distributing the load from the roof. With such design it will bring down the cost budget of construction and saving the manpower at the simultaneously. Besides, the house must be built on a price of cheap land of course the soil bearing must be speculated to ensure the safety so that the collapse of house will not happen. The materials and equipments must available in local hardware shops instead of imported.

With the aspects concerned above, effectively can make the house overall more economical which meet the demand of most of the people nowadays especially in our economic affected country. People from medium family or salary background can afford relative to their financial and within their ability.
