DESIGN OF THE GRANDSTAND FOR A STADIUM

ABSTRACT

This is a report that records down all the process of analysis and design of a grandstand. It will also show the analysis and design method used to analyze and design a grandstand.

The introduction will illustrate a basic concept of grandstand and try to introduce the materials used in designing a grandstand.

Construction will give the procedure of constructing grandstand, which start from the soil capacity until the roof is construction.

In the main body, some examples will help to demonstrate design procedure. Some of the important values are tabulated.

All of the results will be arranged under the results.

Conclusion will summarize the analysis and design of grandstand. And discuss the contingency during the working procedure.

Reference is a list of book’s name that was used to finish my project. The detail calculation, diagram, results and necessary material are all placed in the APPENDIX.
