THE DESIGN OF A SECONDARY SCHOOL

ABSTRACT

The objective of the design are first, students. Which can store about 400 students. Second, this building is only best merely design for the students. Meaning, this is only for the purpose as a classroom. Third, it must safe, economic but durable. It must be safe enough to store the amount of 400 students.

This is a double story buildings which is consist of total classroom of eight where each of the classroom has the same dimension as 8x6 meter square. A number of four classroom will be located on each floor. This building needs an area of 48x6 = 288 meter square with a height of six meters. Other than these, this school is also equipted with 2 toilets and 2 storerooms which has the same dimension as 5x6 meter squares. Each of the toilet and storeroom are also located on each floor. About the stair cases, it is located at the both ends of the building.
