THE DESIGN OF SINGLE STOREY MOTEL

ABSTRACT

Motel is a simple building where by people have to pay for staying there. It also know as lodging place. Normally, this type of building is construct more than hundred feet long with number of bedrooms and in one or two storeys. It being construct for tourist accommodation where a reasonable amount of pay will be charge for staying there. Normally, tourist will rent a room for their vacation. Motel is one of the popular lodging place in western countries. So, I hope it also can become popular in our country. There are many factors which cause this type of accommodation to become popular in our country. Firstly, tourism our country have so many tourism places so motel very suitable to construct in our country. Secondly, tourist prefer cheaper renter rather than going to rent a hotels room and etc.

The advantages where I being describe in above, I guess and very sure that motel can be one of the largest tourist accommodation in our country. Besides that, construct a motel is very easy compare to hotel or other building. Therefore, builders find it easier to unite this type of project very fast and without wasting time and money.

By the way, motel can become great demand from tourist or local people. In order to keep the motels as a popular choice, a lot of ideals and ways have to create by the builders to design, improve and introduce to people.
