ABSTARCT

Recently, Double storey-link houses also know as Double storey terrace houses are one of the more popular houses constructed in Malaysia. Especially in the residential areas, Double storey-link house becomes the excellent choice of the builders. There are many factors which cause these type of buildings to become popular rapidly. The double storey-link houses are arranged in order. Therefore, builders find it easier to unite their residential estate projects without wasting time, money and space. Normally, the cost of Double storey-houses are reasonable and affordable. By the way, the cost of Double storey-link house are lower when compared with that of the double storey bungalow house. In order to keep the Double storey-link houses as a popular choice, a lot of ideas and ways have been created by the builders to design and improve them.
