STUDY AND DEVELOP A PROTOTYPE ON PERSONNEL PROCUREMENTT TRACKING SYSTEM USING WAP BASED TECHNOLOGY

this project, the author will focus on the study of the Internet and WAP development
to track daily personnel procurement process. Nowadays, most hand phones
include WAP capability, which enable users to access the Internet anywhere at
anytime. This technology provides many benefits for users to process their
tasks quickly and in convenient ways. This project will allow personnel to use
the Internet or their hand phone as a computer application to track or update
their daily sales immediately. The task for the salesperson sells the product,
it is impossible to update the sales to the company immediately especially when
traveling. This project will be useful for personnel to update their sales to
the company immediately. Other than that, this system will also include other
internet functions that will enable salesperson to access and do their business
in most convenient ways. The functions include viewing salary, checking
inventory, setting product sales prices, and viewing product information.
Besides that, an administrator function is also included in this system to
manage the flow of transactions and salesperson work. The tasks for the
administrator in this system include viewing salesperson information, updating
inventory, printing sales report, signing up new salesperson and others. The
project will look into the possibilities in covering all daily sales in the
company and provide a convenient way for salesperson to track and update their
daily sales. This project also enables administrators in each branch to view or
update the latest information from one branch to another branch from time to
time.
