A STUDY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A PROTOTYPE VOICE OVER INTERNET PROTOCOL (VOIP) – LIKE COMMUNICATION TOOL FOR DISABLED

ABSTRACT
This research is categorized into 2 stages, primary research and secondary research. In this project, both research methods had been used to obtain different types of information. The first attempts starts with primary research and the result obtain gave a turning point to his project. Because VOIP is relatively new in the industry especially for non IT personnel, therefore information that could be obtained is more towards the general user requirements. This had encouraged this project to undertake even more academic research, which is a type of secondary research. However, information that was gathered in primary research is important for initial studies and project analysis.
