TRANSFER USING PUBLIC AND PRIVATE KEY TECHNIQUE

ABSTRACT
Client server systems sometimes requires headache installation and operation on both client and server side. The aim is to remove the burden on the client side so that even non computer literate users can obtain valuable information. Research will be conducted on the Internet as the media access tools, whereby the Internet is the only media channel in the world with freedom of data transmission. With this freedom, the application aims at providing a user friendly and efficient method of data transmission without border and legal constraints. Furthermore, it provides an alternative and cost effective way for advertising companies, colleges, and business organizations to transmit up-to-date information to the public. The access method used will be in batch transparent access method whereby the end-users is not strained by installation or configuration processes as the entire system will fully depend on the server program.
