ABSTRACT
This project aims to study the development of Building Automation System (BAS) used in various buildings. BAS or Building Management System (BMS) is one kind of a total solution control and monitoring software used to control and monitor all the mechanical and electrical services installed in one building e.g. fire protection system, lighting system, and lift system. The purpose of implementing BAS is to achieve the high efficiency usage of the building system and energy saving. For demonstration purpose, a BAS software will be developed including user friendly graphic design. BAS software will connect to the particular controller, which act like a switch between the heat sensor and the system software. When the sensor is activated, a signal will send to the controller then to the system software. An alarm pop up menu will alert the system operator regarding to the signal detail.
