ABSTRACT
This project address issues on study and implementation of e-commerce secure payment system. The reason of implementing this system is because the current e-commerce payment is unsafe. Result in; all online merchants must responsible for all the risks and frauds, especially merchants that accept credit card for payment. The aim of the proposed system is to improve and enhance security for the current online payment system and protects the merchants and customer’s assets. Currently the e-commerce payment system cannot provide non-repudiation. Result in fraudulent occurs and online merchants have to responsible to the lost when the customer repudiate thetransaction. Besides that, the onlinemerchants and payment gateways stores customer card information on the machines, result in their system becomes victims by the attacker. The proposed system is aimed to seek for alternative solutions to overcome the fraudulent and other security risks. The secondary objective of the proposed system is to create a safe and secure environment for the end users to shop online and improve the e-commerce business and economy. In the proposed system, the author will implement the system that simulates current e-commerce payment system on the Internet. It consists of fours server that acting as online merchant, payment gateway, merchant bank and issuer.
