STUDY NETWORK ATTACKS AND IMPLEMENTION OF A NETWORK SECURITY SYSTEM IN WINDOWS-BASED ENVIRONMENT

ABSTRACT

This project is to study about the different types of network attacks, which did by the intruders. This project also studies about the security system. Through these investigations, the information of how the intruders attacks, how to prevent intruders from hacking the system will be analyze and a security system will be implemented into Windows-Based environment. There are few functions will be in the security system like enhancing the password setting based on user-to-machine authentication. There are also including using the encryption to protect the information and prevent the intruders from an unauthorized access. These functions will cause difficulty for hackers while trying to hack the system. A system will be developed to prove the prevention of intrusion.
