ABSTRACT
The aim of this project is to address issues on the misunderstanding of image processing techniques, and developing an image manipulation application. The working principle of image processing is based on art and science of manipulating digital images or techniques for representing visual information digitally, and for manipulating those representations with software. The author will adopt GDI+ to develop image processing application. It is a new class based application programming interface (API). The benefits of using this system are for graphic developer to comprehend and investigating the image. The output of this study is an application that should perform the HSL color space and edge detection filters is to filter the object of the image
