ABSTRACT
The purpose of this project is to study in depth about the content comparison and file segmentation that use for the development of a duplicate file finder and remover system. This system software application target is to check for the duplicated file like text,, picture, audio and video that might be stored in a different location. The main function of this system is to allow users to find the file that has been duplicated with different file names but with the same content. This system also can let the user to check the integrity of the files after transfer over a network or burned to a compact disk, to ensure the file is the same as before after the action taken
