ABSTRACT
This project investigates and explores both ASP and ASP.Net that are developed by Microsoft. ASP pr Active Server Pages is a popular dynamic web programming technology that focuses on dynamic processing to build more interactive web application. For ASP.Net, it is a complete overhaul of the traditional ASP because it provides new programming model and infrastructure in building web application with additional features for more secure, scalable and stable applications. This project attempts to compare both technologies through an implementation of the help desk system within a Local Area Network for hotels. The help desk system serves a purpose for recording and monitoring requests or complaints by the hotel guess.
