ABSTRACT

The aim of this project is to research and study on the latest cryptography algorithm and the e-mailing protocol. For example SMTP and POP3. understanding the basic concept of cryptography technology. Based on the study and understanding of the algorithm produce an encryption/decryption algorithm for the e-mailing application. With strong encryption, this application could provide an element of protection for in and out going message through the e-mailing application. In other words, the proposed system provides a good E-mail encryption environment using receiver’s public key. When the receiver receives the mail, he or she needs to open the mail by using his or her own private key. This e-mailing application can run in window 9X platform. In order to accomplish this project, I’m will analyzed and define the necessary programming language that is required by the proposed application. For example, Microsoft C++, C language and JAVA
