ABSTRACT

 

            This project aims to develop a multiple video conferencing system for virtual discussion in INTI student hostel. This system allows user to perform video chatting with more than one user simultaneously. This system also provides file sharing and transferring in a peer-to-peer environment. The user also can perform search functions for the files shared by all connected nodes. To use the system, users must be connected to a server. After the connection has been established, users can connect to other peers and perform the video chatting and file transferring. Users can create a chat room and invite others to join. The network bandwidth requirement for this system is approximately 500bps. The system allows students to be able to share and transfer files
