AN IMPLEMENTATION OF NET CONFERENCE BASED ON THE STUDY OF VIDEO CONFERENCING APPLICATION

ABSTRACT
This project addresses issues related to video conferencing in network meeting. The study area will focus on video conferencing components and concept. The author will demonstrate the findings on how video and voice transfer through the network. The system allows users to create their own video conferencing meeting room, which only allow registered users to log in. Encryption method will be applied into the system for security and privacy purposes. User can also demonstrate their presentation through the network by using whiteboard features, which is a blank screen with some tools for user to draw or draft, just like a real whiteboard. File transfer allows users to share their document with other users. Besides, the system also contains the minute’s editor, which saves the chat, time & info, and then allows the secretary to do their minutes while the meeting is moving on.
