ABSTRACT

 

            This project studies and evaluates the windows-based networking protocols. It also focuses on how voice and transmitted over the network. It aims to produce software that enables the clients to communicate in voice with each other through the server. The software produced will help the user to effectively communicate with each other in an office or college environment. It tends to work smoothly in bi-directions voice talk with the acceptable sound quality. This voice communication project is done because the author notices that the voice communication through the Internet is very important to the modern society. This is because the Internet will play a crucial role in shaping up the future of so-called information super-highway. This project aims is to substitute the cost for long distance telephone services. This project hopes that the entire community can take the advantage from the cheap and convenient voice communication.
