ABSTRACT

The project aims to study and implement the voice technology in enhancing the chatting program. It focuses on the investigation of voice transmission in a LAN environment. Several chatting programs available in the current market will be reviewed in order to produce an enhanced chatting program. A prototype chatting program with voice transmission features will be developed.
