ABSTRACT

This project will conduct a research on how TV signal can be transmitted over a LAN network and it can be known as LAN TV. The selected transmission media is twisted pair cable. By using a TV receiver card, the server will capable to receive the TV signal. Then the software at the server will broadcast the TV signals to its clients. At the end, the client are capable to receive the TV signal from the server. This is a windows platform system and C++ has selected as programming language.
