ABSTRACT

This project addresses issues on the study of the text to speech abilities in reading text. Based on these abilities, this project will develop software that can be used to convert Microsoft document in English Language into an audio file. The aim of this project is to help the users to know the contain of the document just simply listen to the audio file we are listening to the radio news. This project will either use JAVA or C++ programming language is based on Windows environment platform.
