ABSTRACT
This system is created because of problems encountered when users implement certain task. Therefore, based on their needs and requirements, the system will help them overcome the problems and perform the tasks for them in order to reduce their workload. In order to understand users’ environment better, the author needs to study the background of the problem, statement of the problem, the project objectives, limitations of the research and the scope of research.
