This project focuses on an online clinically operations, which is an efficient and powerful online system or Intranet for clinic itself. This allows the patient to interact directly for convenience and cost efficient operating through the web. Besides that, the system also shows the significance of information technology role in business especially in the competitive market today. The system is more focused to the Malaysian and the DSS will be featured in the system to achieve the users’ expectation. Example like the user can have several colors in the system will depend on the preferred color and keep it into database, which the user can has this color as the default page for their suitable preferences.
