IMPLEMENTATION OF A CLIENT/ SERVER HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR ZUELLIG PHARMA

This system aims to implement a Human Resource Management System for Zuellig Pharma with client/ server technology. This system will help the manager and the staffs in the Human Resource department to manage the information of the company’s human resources easily. The system will be able to perform the department’s human resources management functions used by the manager and the staffs. To make the system feasible, the current system of the company will be studied to understand how it operates. The limitations of the current system noted and suitable solutions or features to improve or upgrade the current system will be suggested or obtained. The authority scope of the manager and the staffs of the human resource department will be studied to determine the most suitable for the company. The system helps the staffs to manage the information on the company’s human resources and the department’s functions as well. Keeping the information in the computers will help save a lot space needed to keep them in files and cabinets. This will also help the manager in making decisions and planning for the better of the company’s human resources more effectively and efficiently.
