AN ENHANCEMENT OF THE CURRENT COMPUTERIZED SYSTEM OF INTI ACCOMODATION OFFICE WITH THE ADDITION OF A STUDENT POSTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (SPMS)

This project studies and evaluated the current existing computerized system used by INTI Accommodation Office. With this system, the addition of the Students Postal Management System (SPMS) enables the students to see whether they have received mails or parcels without going to the office to check it. By developing this system, it gives a lot of benefits to all the accommodation staff and also to all the students who stay in the on-campus with an Intranet Access. There will be no more trouble to the entire students that needs to go to the office to check for their letter. The tool for the system implementation was mentioned. Under the testing and implementation, the author has to test the system and see whether it is running well. A lot of error was discovered before a perfect system developed.
