TO DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT A MULTI-USERS AND DISTRIBUTED DATABASE SYSTEM FOR LEGAL ENVIRONMENT

This project aims to focus on the feasibility of introducing a distributed database system, which is able to support a multi-user environment and to facilitate the retrieval of information for the lawyer firm – Abdul Rahman and Associates. It helps the firm to generate a system that is able to fasten the processing speed of the daily business operations and help to keep track of all the files status for its particular department – Litigation Department. Security of the database system is another important issue especially to a legal area. A login system is developed to safeguard all the sensitive information from unauthorized individuals.
