ABSTRACT

The aim of this project is to develop an online system for recruitment of foreign labor. This application will study the potential strength by using decision support feature in an online-based system. Thus, this project is intended to facilitate any prospective employer to hire foreign labor through this online system, such as foreign worker or maid. Based on the user requirement, this system will provide the alternative selection for user in order to choose a suitable labor. This is because this system will keep and analyze the information of any labor, such as personal information, previous performance, and so forth. Therefore, it is useful and help user to make better decision as it provide the reliable and valuable information regarding the user criteria. Ultimately, this application attempts to give the user an alternative way to hire the labor.
