STUDY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A CLIENT/ SERVER WEB-BASED ADMINISTRATION ANDPURCHASING SYSTEM FOR REJECT SHOP

ABSTRACT
The proposed system aims to study and understand in-depth the operations management in Reject Shop, investigate and analyse the process and flow of the existing system, and then analyse the problems occurred in the existing system, design and implement a web-based administration and purchasing system by adopting a suitable solution. The end product of this project is a system in which is able to provide online shopping and purchasing features for the customers of Reject Shop and also a web-based administration services for the administrators. In another words, the system will provide an opportunity for the staffs to move towards the world of Information Technology. If time is permitted, this system will provide the features on clothes matching online to attract more customers and also provide the functions of various types of chart reports generation to ease their work and thus enhance the proposed system.
