ABSTRACT
The scope of the project defines what the project will make or deliver. It includes work, content and component of a project. It can be fully explained the performance of overall activities, the result of the system and the resource consumed. The scope that will be covered in this project will be the design of the online virtual bookshop system on the web pages, the procedure from online ordering until the delivering of the books to the customer’s home. It also includes providing updated information to the customers.
