INVESTIGATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF COMPUTERISED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR DOREMI KINDERGARTEN

ABSTRACT
This project was investigated, developed and implemented under the needs to computerize the current system of DoReMi Kindergarten. Due to the complexity of the kindergarten, and expanding in the business area, the management decided to computerize the current system to improve the quality, speed, efficiency and accuracy of the kindergarten management system. This project mainly focused on the steps of the System Development Life Cycle and to incorporate with the development of the Computerised Kindergarten Management System. It will pinpoint all the weaknesses of the current system and design a new system that will perform an effective and efficient system ideally. This new computerized kindergarten management system is a menu-based system. It means the interface screen is user-friendly in term of the ease of use and ease of learns by any different kind of users. Basically, all the interfaces are design based on the Human Computer Interaction Principle and the participation of the user by fulfilling their requirement and objectives. Consequently, the new system is emphasized on a user-friendly design, which will enhance the capability of handling the new system. Finally, a new system is set up to help the kindergarten management to manage the entire task at each functional unit systematically and productively in the new computerized management. Furthermore, it will handle the operation effectively and efficiently all over time.
