This project is to investigate on the usage of Case-Based Reasoning (CBR). It also investigates how an organization can obtain information in an intuitive and efficient manner using CBR and thus improve the organization as a whole. It also investigates the process of creating a large reference source using CBR as an indexing and retrieval technique. This project will be helpful to increase efficiency and reduce cost by substantially automating a large part of the retrieval process. This project will also further describe a prototype system capable of retrieving data using CBR.
