ABSTRACT
Distance learning system is a client/ server model. The client side is a web pages which are put on the internet and the server side is an application that stored in the INTI’s web site. As we know, distance learning is very important nowadays. Distance learning is an instructional delivery that does not constrain the learners to be physically present in the same location as the instructor. On the other hand, learners can get the lecture materials and share the information through the Internet. Through distance learning system, learners who are interested can learn more knowledge as soon as possible at any time and any location. They just need to register through the internet. The services in this distance learning include chat room, bulletin board, email, downloadable notes, library section for searching some reference book, exercises, course structure and attendance record. Besides, there need software to design the interactive web pages. If the web pages is attractive, it will attract the attention of learners.
