One of the biggest complains about the Internet is the time it takes to download web pages. It has caused the users to waste a lot of time and money to wait for a page to appear. It is necessary to come out with one browser that can perform more effective. The proposed project will come out with one browser which has the ability to record down the history page or website that have been browsed by the user before. The user will not need to click the “back” button so many times for referring to the site that they needed. It is simply by clicking one button in the browser and then the website will appear immediately. By adding some additional features into the browser, the author will make the browser become more personal oriented. The browser includes the most frequent use functions and eliminating unnecessary function, which will complicate the browser. Beside that, the browser may include of chatting that have already built in the browser. Visual Basic will be used as the programming language for the implementation purpose.
