ABSTRACT

The target of this project is to provide a service to the users who do not understand the problems of their skin. With the concepts of expert system, this system will provide a consultation to the users, the purposes are to elicit the critical point to analysis the problems. With the answer given, the system will recommend appropriate skin care products to the users who are meet the unexpected situation. Else, the users will be asked to take treatments from Kon Nee Company with unsolved problems. The purpose of this system is to help the public to protect their skin. Since that this system is provide to Malaysian, we need to consider the weather and the environment of Malaysia. Since that Malaysia is in the Tropics, Malaysia is heat and wet. In this environment, skin problems easy exist and faced by every level of social compare to other countries.
