ABSTRACT

The aim of this project is to develop a good website. In order to fulfill this aim, a study on decision support system and how to make a good website will be conducted. In this system, customers will be advised on their type of skin and then a recommendation as to what is the best product for them will be suggested. Customers are provided with different types of products, which are segmented based on skin condition, age and gender. Customers will also have access to a series of frequently asked question. It also allows customers to get information about the company’s road show schedule. This is to make customers aware to the company’s activities. The aim of this project is to make users comfortable as possible while accessing to the site and to make an interactive but easy to use system
