This project aim to investigate and enhance the network management function based Windows 95 and Windows 98. The project is developed based on requirement specification related to banking industry. This network performance monitoring system focused on the availability of workstations, assigning IP address intelligence and other network configuration identify network errors, identify workstation process and also other basic functions which related to network monitoring system. All the above function that has been mentioned is develop by the selected tools and also shape with Application Programmer interface and also Dynamic Link Library. Meanwhile, this proposed system will also apply the windows registry feasibility in the system development. In other word, this project could specially focuses on exiting windows functionality and therefore efficiently manages windows networking environments.
