IMPLEMENTATION OF AN E-APARTMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EAMS)

The E-Apartment Management System (EAMS) is a client/ server system provided by apartment management to improve their services offered to the residents. Most of apartment residents are not satisfied with services provided by their managements and the managements are also seeking better way to improve their work. With this system, people who stay in the apartment are able to watch online movie, TV and VOD (Video on demand), play online or network game, read news, order food and other daily essential commodities and other online shopping at their house. Besides these, resident of the apartments can pay their water and electricity fees and other daily expenditure online. The system also provides online complaint center, if the residents have any problem or request about their apartments, then they are able to contact the apartment management through the system. The management would be able to analyze resident’s feedback and to come out suitable solutions in improving their services rapidly. Some services of the system are not free, so the management would make profits after implementing this system. This system is based on the network infrastructure that is pre-established by the apartment management.
