ONLINE ROOM BOOKING SYSTEM FOR ACCOMMODATION OF

ABSTRACT
This project investigates
the real work situation of accommodation office of INTI College, and then to further
analysis to develop a multiple-functional online room booking system to improve
the efficiency and effectiveness to support reserve operation that operate
every semester. The proposed system will let the INTI students make reservation
easily and see the latest news about the accommodation office and makes
complain about whatever they are not satisfied. It also helps the accommodation
office to maintain their check-in and check-out procedure, room status and
resident status. In order to supply the convenience to the managers in staff
allocation and position arrangement, the function of the employee information
management is considered in that system. The system is considered as
deliverable and meets the requirements since every semester they will check for
booking or reserve new or existing room. Finally, this system can generate
variable kinds of reports to provide the reliable references in operational
condition of the company, for assisting the manager in decision making.
