ABSTRACT
This project will use a combination of the multimedia elements to let the children have the brief information on local attractions at Malacca. The project will focus on the culture, history and food with user-friendly and interactive interface. Its aims to provide a better understanding for children in order to improve their knowledge. Besides that, the application will contain funny background interface and sound effects while the children interact with it. In the main section, the children will be guided to the historical section and they will be given a brief description by clicking on of the each icon. It is an intereactive multimedia application that helps parents and teachers to guide the children on knowing the history of Malacca. This project will be developed in 2D by using Macromedia Director and the animation will be developed by using Macromedia Flash.
