STUDY ON THE USE OF DIGITAL COMPUTER ANIMATION IN IMPLEMENTING A TEACH WARE FOR ASTRONOMY

ABSTRACT
The main advantage of this proposed system is that it is a tool to help students to gain more knowledge and to provide information about astronomy, for example the solar system, types of stars, types of telescope used and different categories of galaxies. Beside that, this system also includes several types of elements such as 2D animation, text and video by investigating the development tools to produce a more attractive and interactive system. Generally this system is suitable for the entire secondary student and also for those users who has interest in astronomy study. It is because the proposed system had provided a lot of astronomy information and also had some animation and video to describing the astronomy information in order to help the user understand easily. The required specification for the system is defined in term of its functional, features and it hardware and software in order to implement the system.
