A STUDY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF EARTH CHARTER ONLINE RESOURCE LIBRARY SYSTEM

ABSTRACT
This project is based on the study of Earth Charter and implementation of an Earth Charter online resource Library System. In this online system, there are many features that can let interested user or first time user to know about detailed information of Earth Charter. For example: Earth charter move, forum and chatting room. Besides that, latest news and any announcement from the earth charter will be updated in the online system by the system’s administrator. If there is a case like forget of password occurs, user can retrieve the password by sending an email to the system administrator. In order to make user surfs this online system in efficient and effective way, this online system graphical user interface will be designed to be as simple as possible. Inside this online system also included some Flash animations to make the online system more attractive. Lastly, the latest news about earth charter will be sent to user who has signed up to the online system.
