A STUDY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A ROOM RESERVATION APPLICATION FOR ACCOMODATION OFFICE OF INTI COLLEGE MALAYSIA

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this project is to identify problems encountered by students while making room reservation at the Accommodation Office in order to find a better and efficient workflow. This room reservation application will help students and accommodation officers to have a more convenient ways for room reservation. Furthermore, it will also introduce types of rooms and double rooms from Block A to Q. Besides introduction of the facilities provided, which encompass, washroom, pantry, laundry and dining hall as well as sports facilities will also be included in this project. Activities that are being carried out as well as rules and regulations will also be discussed in this project. Therefore, users not only can view relevant information of accommodation Office and rooms but also make room reservations by filing in the form provided. Moreover, students can make announcement to the students through this project. Users can also exchange their ideas with one another.
