A SYSTEM TO ENHANCE AND REFINE THE DIGITAL IMAGES ON PERSONAL COMPUTERS

The system consist of the implementation of the digital imaging technology, focusing on the ways to enhance and refining images stores in digital form such as jpeg, gif and else on the PC. This system will involve in many mathematical calculations such as matrix since images themselves are made up of pixels, which are also coordinates system. To make enhancements to them, changes are needed to their number representations. The features include the application of various effects of the photographs in order to enhance them. The effects are like sharp, blur, soft and contrast. Besides, this system enables the scaling, manipulating of various images that overlapped on each other. To fulfill some users’ needs, the system allows the users to make greeting cards directly using the images they are manipulating on. It also allows users to edit image together at remote locations on the server system. The upgrade for this system would be the 3D technology. Besides, users can directly share their images by using this system directly in the future. The technology involved here would be the Java Technology since it has some very useful classes in making the system.
