This project is intends to develop a handwriting character recognizer. To develop it, there are some concepts and techniques must be studied first. The objectives of the project are to gain the knowledge about the background problem of the issue, discover the market value of the issue, conduct study on problem of the issue, conduct study on handwriting recognition and pattern recognition concepts and techniques and develop a handwriting character recognizer based on all the information obtained from the studies and investigation in this issue.
