STUDY ON VOICE STREAMING TECHNOLOGY TO IMPLEMENT AN APPLICATION FOR CONFERENCE

ABSTRACT
The main focus of this project is to study and implements the application system that allows human to use voice to communicate with each other via internet or intranet. The basic concept of this system is to allow user to use voice streaming technology to communicate with others. It is also saving the cost compare with the telephone to communicate, especially long distance call. The system allows user without typing any words to conversation and send their message to others via voice. The voice compression technique will use to coder and decoder the voice. In sending and receiving the voice from sender and receiver will use the relate protocol to develop it. By using this system, human will easier to conversation with each other.
