RESEARCH AND IMPLEMENTATION OF CLIENT SERVER AND WAP BASED REAL TIME VIRTUAL DELIVERY OF GRAPHICAL NOTEPAD APPLICATION

ABSTRACT

 

            The project development covers the study of virtual delivery of graphical applications utilizing the whiteboard for document conferencing. The study also covers the delivery method to be client server based application and at the same time applies the WAP (wireless application protocol) technology. The aim is to create a multipoint graphical notepad application that is real time and synchronous. The graphical notepad application will enable users to alter image, scribble, erase and draw some basic shapes in real time. The client should also be able to receive and redraw from the server the drawing that is done according the coordinate. The server should be able to receive and distribute commands and drawing points from the chairman. The study is also based on creating a highly secured environment to ensure total security with utilizing text messaging, screen capturing and verbal interaction besides the basic security features. On the other hand, the study also covers the platform if the program development and database management system. The aim of the database will be to preserve the images and also help in maintaining the secured environment of the system with storing client profiles.
