ABSTRACT

The author use several kinds of image processing operations to make an image processing system. This technology is open protocol, it can support all the devices that connected to the network like PDA, hand phone, personal computer and others. The author did a research on the image processing. In addition, a literature review was also done on the existing image processing operations. The image processing was categorized into filter operations and image transformations. Comparison was then made between various kind of image processing software. This is to ensure of which image processing software is frequently used. The system was then designed using the Data Flow Diagram (DFD). A prototype of the user interface was also created in the system. The purpose is to produce a simple interface and produce output. The system is developed in the sense that it can be tested.
